Tariff Conditions
Tariffs may change without notice
Tariffs shown are based on 2 or 4 guests using existing bedding, (double and or double & 2 singles/bunks or 2 doubles). Extra bedding can be supplied as an extra charge
Extra person charge is $50 per child per night; $50 per adult per night.
All linen and start kit will be provided and each booking only once time. Extra linen and start kit items’ request will supply charge fee.
Booking Conditions
Reception hours are 10 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am – 12 pm Saturday and Sunday. The minimum booking from 3 nights
Check in time is after 3 pm- 5 pm on the day of your arrival. If you plan on arriving outside of our office hours, you will need to contact reception so we can inform you of the late arrival instructions.
Please note that a $300 refundable security deposit is required at check-in.
A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late checkout may be available at an additional cost depending on seasonal availability. Checkout after 12 pm will be a full day charge.
You will be required to pay the full amount upon arrival.

Confirmed Bookings
Payments can be made by Cash, Mastercard or Visa. Please note credit card details or a cash bond is required on check in.
A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed
Cancellation Policy
> The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time
> The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time
> You will accept prepayment by: Credit card
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodations type. Check what conditions might apply to each option when making your selection.
Modification and cancellation exceptions

we allow gusts to change dates on their own:
> Once for their booking. 7 days or more before check-in
> For the same or higher price as their original booking
> For the same booking conditions and room type
>Modify and cancel booking will supply a reservation fee charge.
Deposit Policy
At the time of booking your credit card will be charged deposit by HarbourSide Resort within 48 hours of booking.
Both charges are included in the total room price and does not include any additional charges or fees.
Child policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children 2 and above are considered adults at this property.
To see correct prices and occupancy info, add the number and ages of children in your group to your search.

Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
The maximum number of extra beds and cribs allowed depends on the room you choose. Double-check your selected room for the maximum capacity.
All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.
Age restriction
The minimum age for check-in is 18
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed.
Parties: Parties/events are not allowed
Quiet hours: Guests need be quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
