Gold Coast Chinese Club and Chinese Culture Association Gold Coast are key promoters of Chinese culture on the Gold Coast. This year they have invited a group of distinguished guests, supported by The Beijing Government, to the Gold Coast to share their outstanding performances with us all.
Chinese New Year is the most important event for Chinese families internationally. Cavill Mall in Surfers Paradise is celebrating The Year of the Dog with a fun-packed evening of performances and activities on Sunday 18 February.
The event starts at 4.30pm with 'Little Wonderland' Children's activities until 6.00pm.
A stage show featuring traditional dances and Chinese instruments will delight audiences from 5.30pm to 7.00pm.
